Reorder your remedies in three steps

Tell us your name, the remedies you need and the PostNet store nearest you, or that you will collect at the clinic. Start your reorder.

Pay by EFT
We confirm your order and the amount and share the payment details. Pay by EFT and send us your proof of payment.

Collect your parcel
Your remedies are discreetly packed and sent to the PostNet store nearest you, usually within 1 to 2 business days, or are ready to collect at the clinic.
Tell us if anything has changed
Before reordering, let us know about any of the following. It helps George keep your plan safe and right for you, and he may suggest a quick follow-up first:
- You have started, stopped or changed any medication
- You have a new health condition, or have been to hospital
- Your symptoms have changed, improved a lot or got worse
- You have had any side effects or reactions
- It has been more than three months since your last review
Get medical help first if you have:
- Chest pain, breathlessness or dizziness
- An erection lasting more than four hours
- Sudden severe pain or swelling in the penis or testicles
- Blood in your urine or semen, or difficulty passing urine
These need urgent medical attention. Do not stop any prescribed medication without speaking to your doctor.

Book a follow-up
Follow-ups review your progress and adjust your plan. They take place in person in Sandton or by WhatsApp video, FaceTime, Google Meet or Zoom, and are charged separately from your initial consultation. On the Men’s Vitality & Performance Programme, follow-ups are usually planned around weeks 2, 6 and 12.

How do I reorder my remedies?
Send us a WhatsApp with your name, the remedies you are reordering and the PostNet store nearest you, or tell us you will collect at the clinic. We confirm your order and the amount, you pay by EFT and send us your proof of payment, and we dispatch your parcel.
How long does PostNet delivery take?
Parcels usually arrive at the PostNet store nearest you within 1 to 2 business days after dispatch. They are discreetly packed.
How do I pay?
Remedies and online consultations are paid by EFT. We share the payment details when we confirm your order, and you send us your proof of payment on WhatsApp.
Do I need a follow-up before reordering?
Not always. If your health, medication or symptoms have changed, if you have had any side effects, or if it has been a while since your last review, we may suggest a follow-up first so your plan stays right for you.
Can I have my follow-up by video?
Yes. Follow-ups can be in person in Sandton or by WhatsApp video, FaceTime, Google Meet or Zoom, at any time of day or night.
