We go through your concern, when it started, your health history, medication, sleep, stress, diet, exercise and relationship context. Nothing is rushed.
2. Reviewing what is already known
Bring any recent blood results or reports from your GP or specialist. We do not run diagnostic tests in-house. If tests would help, we explain which ones and refer you to your GP or a pathology laboratory.
3. A personalised naturopathic plan
You leave with a written plan built around your situation, which may cover nutrition, sleep, stress, movement and natural support. We are clear about what each step is for and what it cannot do.
4. Follow-up
We review how you are finding the plan and adjust it. If anything suggests you need medical care, we tell you and refer you.
