Men’s health assessment

A complete, private look at your health as a man.

Many men only see a practitioner when something goes wrong. A men’s health assessment at Sandton Men’s Clinic is a one-on-one review of your sexual health, energy, hormones, sleep, weight, stress and lifestyle with George Mulaudzi, Naturopath, so you understand where you stand and what to do next.

Quick answer

A men’s health assessment is a private, one-on-one consultation that reviews your sexual health, energy, sleep, stress, weight, diet and any symptoms or recent results. You leave with a clear explanation of likely risk areas, a list of tests worth asking your doctor for, and a natural, practical plan. Consultations start from R2,500.

Our scope: Sandton Men’s Clinic is a naturopathic practice. We do not prescribe medication or run in-house blood tests. Where tests or medical treatment are needed, we tell you what to ask for and refer you to a medical doctor, and we support you with natural, lifestyle-based care.

Who it is for

The assessment suits men in their 30s to 70s who want a clear picture of their health, men who have noticed changes in energy, erections, libido or weight, and busy professionals who want a single, thorough conversation rather than piecemeal advice. It is also a good starting point if you are unsure which of our services fits your concern.

What we look at

Sexual health

Erections, libido, ejaculation and confidence. See erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.

Energy and hormones

Tiredness, mood, motivation and signs of low testosterone.

Metabolic health

Weight, waist, blood pressure readings, blood sugar results and family history.

Lifestyle

Sleep, stress, alcohol, smoking, training and nutrition.

Which tests might be useful?

Depending on your age and symptoms, useful tests can include blood pressure, blood sugar (HbA1c), cholesterol, morning testosterone, thyroid function, iron and vitamin D, and STI screening. We help you decide which are worth doing, so you do not pay for large panels you do not need. Read what every man should test and which sexual health tests matter.
